Refund Policy

Overview

We want you to be completely satisfied with Segmently. If you are not happy with your subscription for any reason, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all new paid plans. Please read the criteria and process below before submitting a request.

Eligibility Criteria

A refund may be issued if ALL of the following conditions are met:

  • Your refund request is submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date.
  • The request is for a new subscription (first-time purchase of that plan tier). Renewals are not eligible.
  • Your account has not been suspended or terminated for violations of our Terms of Service.
  • The request is for a subscription charge. One-time credit pack purchases are non-refundable once credits have been applied to your account.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Credit pack top-ups (Starter, Growth, Pro, Scale) once credits have been applied to your balance.
  • Subscription renewals (monthly or annual) after the renewal date has passed.
  • Partial months or unused days within a billing cycle.
  • Accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations.

Refund Time Period

All refund requests must be submitted within 30 calendar days of the original purchase date. Requests received after this window will not be considered regardless of usage. The purchase date is the date your payment was processed by Stripe; you can find it on your invoice or in Settings under Billing.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at:

support@segmently.us

Please include the following in your email:

  • The email address associated with your Segmently account.
  • Your invoice number or the approximate purchase date.
  • A brief description of the reason for the refund request.

We will acknowledge your request within 1 business day and follow up with a decision within 3 business days.

Processing Time

Once a refund is approved, we will process it through Stripe back to your original payment method. Approved refunds typically appear on your statement within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. We will send you a confirmation email when the refund has been initiated on our end.

Please note that Segmently initiates the refund promptly upon approval, but the time it takes to reflect on your account is determined by your financial institution and is outside our control.

Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time from Settings, under Billing. Cancellation stops future renewal charges. Your plan remains active until the end of your current billing period. Cancellation alone does not trigger a refund; you must submit a refund request as described above if you are within the 30-day window.

Plan Downgrades

Downgrading to a lower-tier plan or to Free does not generate a refund. Your existing paid features remain active through the end of the billing period, then your account transitions to the new plan.
